No — hosting isn’t included in the bundle prices. You can either purchase hosting directly (we’ll guide you through the setup) or choose our Managed Hosting & Support add-on where we handle renewals and technical fixes for you from £20/month.

Domains are not included in the bundles. You can purchase your own domain (usually £10–£20 per year) and give us access so we can connect it to your site. If you’d prefer us to manage this for you, we offer a Domain Setup & Connection service for £45. If you take Managed Hosting, your annual domain renewal is included.

You do. Always. Even if we manage your domain or hosting, you’ll remain the legal owner. We’ll happily transfer control to you at any point if you decide to manage things yourself.

Managed Hosting (£20/month) covers the “behind-the-scenes” essentials like hosting, renewals, monitoring, SSL certificates, and plugin updates.
Content Updates are changes to your actual website content (e.g. adding blog posts, updating text/images, creating new pages). These are billed separately at £45/hour or via a monthly plan

Content edits are £45/hour, billed in 1-hour blocks. If you know you’ll need regular changes, we recommend our Monthly Content Plan (£90/month), which gives you 2 hours of updates each month at a discounted rate.

Absolutely! Many of our clients prefer to handle their own hosting and domains to keep costs down. We’ll guide you through the process and connect your website to your domain as part of your bundle.

We typically work with platforms like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress, depending on your needs. All sites are responsive, SEO-optimised, and easy to update once handed over.
